I have been practicing life and business coaching since 1998. I am a member of the International Coach Federation, the Northern Colorado Coaches Alliance and trained with The Coaches Training Institute.

My greatest fulfillment is being a part of the process of your discovery and manifestation of your passion and joy in your own life. Much of my coaching business is with people in transition: between jobs, between partners, those just starting and those starting over. My own passion an joy is in my coaching, as I witness the beautiful blooming of your mind, body and spirit as you discover your own peaceful way.

My experience as the Chief Financial Officer for a large company is helpful to those clients who are dealing with workplace issues. Much of my business career has involved coaching and mentoring co-workers in the art of navigating through corporate politics.
